My work experience and training includes both qualitative and quantitative UX research, generative and evaluative research, and training in the full UX design process (General Assembly UX Immersive).
I have worked on a variety of products (from networking software, to marketing websites, to voice assistants) and in a variety of environments (agency and in-house). Most of my UX work has been with larger enterprise or tech clients (IBM, Warner Brothers, Google), however I was trained in the more lean UX process taught at General Assembly (and currently work with local franchise businesses).
My background also includes improving business processes (in entertainment, legal and finance) a degree in psychology, and theatrical performance - all instrumental in helping me identify with business stakeholders, designers, developers, and of course users!
